    What is Thai Yoga Bodywork? Thai medicine has been practiced for thousands of years and has always incorporated bodywork as a method of healing. The practice uses massage, assisted stretching, and application of pressure to “Sen” lines. to relieve muscle tension, increase flexibility, and relax you.

    Book a 60, 90 or 120 minute session either to be done in the comfort of your home, or at a yoga studio near by.

    A personalized yoga class for only you or you and a small group of friends!

    This option is a perfect option if you are looking to work on alignment, move at your own pace, or explore different kinds of yoga on your terms, this is for you!

    We can work on specific poses or I can lead you in a class with your interests and goals in mind.

  • Yoga Prescription

    Yoga sequences for you to do on your own time.

    This option is perfect for you if looking to supplement your current yoga practice at home or fit yoga into your life on your own time.

    We will first discuss your goals and interests, I will then propose a practice for you to incorporate into your day-to day. We will move through some sequencing and to talk through any changes or additions to the plan. I will then provide you with a written plan, photos of poses, and for an added cost, I will provide you with a video.

Q: What is the best way to work with you? There are too many options!

My recommendation is to start with a series of Thai yoga bodywork sessions where I can assist you into postures, find pressure points, and help move energy within your body. This will allow you to increase your awareness of your body and where you may want to focus your attention to explore your own movement through a yoga private session where, after consultation, I will instruct you on poses and breath work that can assist you with your goals in movement. Finally, I can work with you to prescribe a yoga practice for you to do on your own time based on what you learned in the bodywork and private yoga sessions.
